Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, except as expressly stated by Beyond Mystic.

Chances of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

When the Draw Takes Place

The draw will take place once a total of 100,000 subscribers is reached on each platform.

Upon reaching 100,000 subscribers on the YouTube channel, 50% of the prizes will be awarded.

The remaining 50% of the prizes will be awarded once the Rumble channel reaches 100,000 subscribers.

A total of 6 WINNERS will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

Skill-Testing Question

Prior to being declared a winner, selected entrants shall be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in disqualification, and an alternate entrant may be selected at Beyond Mystic’s discretion.

Verification of Entries

Beyond Mystic reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information submitted, including subscription details and responses provided in the entry form.

Entries containing false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information may be disqualified at any stage of the draw process.

Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Eligibility

The draw is open to individuals who are legal residents of jurisdictions in which the draw is lawfully permitted and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

The draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, representatives, agents of Beyond Mystic, and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter.

Prize Fulfillment

Beyond Mystic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or to modify the method of prize delivery if a prize cannot be delivered due to legal, regulatory, logistical, or other restrictions.

Language

These Terms and Conditions are available in English and French.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and French versions, the French version shall prevail for residents of Quebec.
