A Gentle Journey Back to Yourself
You may have ended the relationship, created distance, stopped answering calls, or set boundaries. Or perhaps you are only beginning to recognize that something needs to change. Even then, part of you may still feel connected.
You may replay conversations, question what happened, wish for an apology, or grieve the person and future you once believed were possible. These experiences do not mean you need to return. They may simply point to something within you that still needs care, attention, and space.
8 Weeks Meditations - Cutting Ties with Narcissism is a live guided meditation journey created to support that inner exploration. This experience is not about revenge or spending eight weeks analyzing another person. It is an invitation to notice what you are still carrying, question what no longer belongs to you, and begin choosing yourself again.
Begin with a Special Conversation with Elena and Janine
Before the first live meditation, you will receive a special prerecorded conversation featuring Elena and Janine. Through Elena’s questions and Janine’s card readings, intuitive insights, perspective, and guidance, they explore why emotional ties can remain, what we may continue carrying from a relationship, why letting go can feel complicated, and what it may mean to turn our attention and energy back toward ourselves.
The conversation introduces the emotional landscape of the journey without replacing or duplicating the weekly meditations. Watch it on demand inside the program before the live series begins or return to it when you feel ready.
The Eight-Week Journey
Week 1 | October 5 | THE UNMASKING: Seeing What Is Real
Create space to separate reality from hope, promises, and confusion, and to see the relationship more clearly than the version you hoped or were told it could become.
Week 2 | October 12 | THE HOOK: Breaking the Emotional Pull
Explore the emotional pull that may remain and the wish for validation, answers, apologies, or the version of the person you remember from the beginning.
Week 3 | October 19 | THE INVISIBLE CONTRACT: Releasing What I Owe You
Examine unspoken obligations and the responsibility you may have carried for another person’s emotions, choices, healing, or behavior.
Week 4 | October 26 | THE MIRROR: Separating Your Voice From Mine
Begin identifying criticism, blame, doubt, or beliefs that may have become internalized, while reconnecting with your own perception of yourself.
Week 5 | November 2 | THE EMPTY CHAIR: Grieving What Never Was
Make room to grieve the relationship, the future you imagined, the promises you believed, the apology you may never receive, or the person you hoped they would become.
Week 6 | November 9 | THE RETURN: Coming Home to Myself
Turn attention away from the other person and back toward your voice, intuition, identity, boundaries, desires, and the parts of yourself you want to know again.
Week 7 | November 16 | THE FINAL DOOR: Closure Without You
Explore the possibility that another person does not have to understand, apologize, admit what happened, or change before you begin creating closure for yourself.
Week 8 | November 23 | UNBOUND: My Life Is Mine
Bring the journey toward freedom, self-trust, possibility, and a future that is no longer organized around what happened in the past.
