A 12-Week Live Group Journey

The breast holds what the mouth cannot say.

Grief unmothered. Love unreceived. Nurturing given until there was nothing left to give yourself.

The breast is built to nourish — and it can become a place where self-neglect quietly lives, where every version of “I’ll take care of myself later” gets stored instead of spoken.

This intimate 12-week live intensive is an opportunity to meet that territory directly.

You’ll join a small, closed circle of just 11 women moving through breast health, breast trauma, and breast consciousness together through live group healing, somatic and energetic techniques, guidance, and open Q&A.

Your Intensive Includes

  • 12 weeks of live group work from September 29 – December 15
  • Live sessions every Tuesday, 11:00am–12:30pm EST via Zoom
  • A small, closed group of only 11 women
  • Live healing work and guidance
  • Open Q&A during each session
  • Recorded healing sessions provided weekly for integration practice between calls
  • Real-time interaction and personal attention throughout the journey

This is not a passive course designed for replay or playback. It is a live, intimate experience created around sustained participation and connection.

This Intensive Is For Women Navigating

Breast health concerns including fibrocystic changes, dense tissue, cysts, calcifications, fibroadenomas, or chronic tenderness.

It is also intended for women navigating past or current diagnoses, including breast cancer, DCIS, or precancerous findings, as well as women with a history of lumpectomy, mastectomy, reconstruction, reduction, augmentation, or implant removal and the grief, numbness, or disconnection that can remain in tissue and scar.

Women experiencing lymphatic concerns, chronic swelling, or fibrosis are also included in the intended circle.

Once all 11 spaces are filled, the circle closes for the full 12 weeks.
